If there is too much pain, will I get injured?
There is only so much pain that your mind can take. That is why we’ve asked you to endure just a little more every time you have pain.
This raises your pain threshold and your concetration power. If you only train yourself with two-minute increments, you won’t get hurt.
Of course, you should consult with your doctor if necessary. However, you should really trust your Good Knowing Adviser’s instructions and not worry too much.
